The Fire Dancer

I’ve been missing you terribly.

I’d been  scuttling about like a headless chicken, only that this chicken has got a list of endless things to do so it could build a life around a foreign country, this time not just for a week or month-long tour but for quite a bit of time (might be oodles).  Bear with me for now, will you?

What would you do, apart from sleep and family, if you didn’t have to pound on your office computer all day?

I might consider being a fire dancer.

Probably the only way you could go around with fire in your hands and still be so cool, yes?

Thanks for stopping by! 😉

See you again,

  1. I’ve missed you too. I thought I lost you with the blog name change I went through. Sounds like you are very busy. It was nice to say a quick hello! Hope all is OK. ~Thea

    • Oh thanks for taking the time to drop me a line, Thea! I’ll be back to tending more regularly to my little blog once I’ve got half of my To-Do list crossed out, in connection with our relocation. Have a great day! 😀

  2. Glad to see you back. Life and lists have a way of taking priority.

  3. This is actually a comment on your previous post “New Year,Old world”. Comments are closed there, so putting it here. Hope you don’t mind!

“Where are they going? To whom do they belong?”
I keep thinking about random strangers on the road all the time! Like, “What’s going in his/her head right now? Where are all these people going? They must have thoughts. concerns just like me but I have no idea what is going on in their life” etc etc. Sometimes I have an urge to walk up to them and ask them. Feels weird but good to know someone else thinks like that too 😀 Nice pictures, btw!

    • Oh hi, there! I’m delighted you came over and took the time to write. I stumbled upon your blog when I was just looking for posts on Singapore and then I saw yours and it seemed to me your witty and really funny writing of your adventures was something I could get hooked on. 😀 Great to meet someone as curious as I am about the world!
