About Me

I am the mother of two boys (17-year-old “Bom” and 9-year-old “Chub”) and one girl, 10-year-old “Meemer”) and the wife ofΒ  “Bear.” I love exploring the old world, like cobblestoned roads, centuries-old churches, temples and monuments, art works and other things and places that give me wonderful snippets of what the culture and history are about. Bear and the kids love nature adventures, like beaches and mountain trekking.

  12. Aunt Chai,

I must admit, you have an amazing and gifted talent for the written word that far exceeds my own. Whether it is natural or challenging for you to create such prodigious entries is only known to you, but, as one author to another, you carry the brightest torch in the darkest spaces, and I’d like to know how you keep the torch lit.

    • Why, thank you so much for your lovely comment, Alex! You have no idea how thrilled I am to hear from you in this little corner of the cyber world. πŸ˜‰ I write only of the things that I like or love, so that accounts perhaps for my drive to create and share. I certainly feel from the way you have been writing in your blog that you’re likewise talking about some of the things that you find enjoyable, and I appreciate that. Keep creating and sharing what you love. You are beautiful, and the world needs more of you!
      Much love xoxoxoxo

      • I have been able to read just one blog, Yardnom’s Pokemon News. I am probably getting way old but I can’t say I have much of a “legitimate” opinion about video games, but just between you and me—- I happen to like anime just for the way they look, but I’m in the dark as to what they are actually about. πŸ˜€ Forgive me but I did not know you had another blog! Can you send me a link?

  14. Although nervous of the childish decision of TV shows I am fond of, I am not, nor will I ever be, ashamed of my affairs. If you desire, you can refer my iCarly blog to your children and their friends (they might not grasp the erudite paragraphs). Heck, maybe you’d enjoy reading the blog for yourself.

    • You needn’t be nervous…I like a lot of things that are associated with childhood, including mine. I’ll be hopping on over to your 2 blogs often, as I am quite sure I’ll find them both entertaining! I’m sure your cousins will also be thrilled to know that you’re an author of stuff they could appreciate! Take care always!
